My 2520 has started acting up after a month. It loses Z position randomly, always going down too far. I need suggestions for a fix as this is starting to get very frustrating. I've lost several pieces recently. I am cutting machinable polypropylene using an 1/8" end mill. I use a spindle feedrate of 100 mm/min.
I use Meshcam to generate toolpaths.

No. I spoke to someone via Skype and am waiting for a new controller board that is being sent via Air Mail.

Please try to connect the machine with the "Earth" of the electrical power system.
