Spindle Borch 9060 doesn't work

Our machine is type: CB-B4-002 4 axis controller with embedded VFD 1.5kW spindle inverter, but we have only 3 axis.

We have bought it and set Mach3 up exactly as the manual describes but the spindle doesn't turn.

We have tried all diferent settings and we had a short movement in it for less than a second once, just with the normal settings. It straightly has an E-stop or gives that the PWM bumped into a minimum setting.

What can be the problem?

the values in the manual are completly false.

You can try my values and if it still doesn't work you will have to find your own by testing it manualy.
It can be done quickly (within 30minutes)

or you can also unmount the break out board ( the small board connected to the // port) and check the inpout/output with a multimeter.I have placed lots of usefull informations here ( in french sorry):
